We have stated a few examples of why receiving your order might take longer than expected. If you still haven’t received your order within the timeframe given above, please contact us. We’ll take care of it for you so rest assured your item is on the way
2. Entered My Address Wrong! Can You Please Change It?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.

Express Post items are being prioritized but can take 5 business days or more to arrive due to Coronavirus delays.
In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year orders placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and other major holidays).
Orders CAN NOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer. If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is in ENGLISH.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
